BEAD Initial Proposal Progress Dashboard

This dashboard allows anyone to track how BEAD Eligible Entities are progressing through the major milestones* necessary to earn NTIA approval of their Initial Proposal.

As of December 27, 2023, all Eligible Entities have submitted their Initial Proposals for NTIA approval. Check back here to track how each state and territory is progressing through the approval process.

The dashboard also features information on whether Eligible Entities have initiated or concluded their BEAD challenge process. Eligible Entities may begin conducting their challenge process upon approval of Volume I. The duration of the challenge process will vary for each Eligible Entity. Information about active challenge processes—including links to an Eligible Entity’s challenge portal and when eligible challengers can submit—can be found on our State and Territory Challenge Process Tracker.

A table featuring 56 rows, each representing an Eligible Entity (U.S. state or territory). The table is organized across 9 vertical headers, each representing a phase in the submission process, including the first blank header for the Eligible Entity column, followed by ‘Vol I Draft Shared with NTIA’, ‘Vol I Released for Public Comment’, ‘Vol I Submitted for NTIA Approval’, ‘Vol I Approved by NTIA’, ‘Vol II Draft Shared with NTIA’, ‘Vol II Released for Public Comment’, ‘Vol II Submitted for NTIA Approval’
